Lookeen is an extension (add-in application) for Microsoft® Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010. It will save working time by the simultaneous search within e-mails, attachments, appointments, tasks, notes and contacts.
It indexes autonomously all stores of an Outlook account. Supported is further a search through multiple PST-archives and Exchange Servers (also Public Folders) in the cached as well as in the uncached mode. By the Shared Index feature you can even include jointly used index sources. The Lookeen toolbar is seamlessly integrated in Outlook to keep working the way you used to. It can also perform as a full Desktop search on your local system and data files. With Lookeen you will instantly find instead of search!
Great search with a lot of extra features. Indexing takes its time, but thats normal when you got a full hard drive. Just a bit costy.
